New Jersey Eviction Issue

I have a tenant that has been giving me issues since i acquired the property. She is completely negligent and refuses to let any of the professionals do hiring to get a detailed look at her unit, it is costing me money on the monthly basis and I need her gone. She is currently month to month but has never abided by anything on the lease. Her lack of care is causing issues to my other tenants as well as the quality of the house.

@Mark F.

Thank you. I’m going to include the semi annual unit checks. With a few other things I’m going to implement.

Thank you again. I really appreciate it
