Hey investors, my name is Luke and I have recently been bitten by the real estate bug and am beyond excited to begin the journey. I know that running analysis on a property is one of the best tools I can have and that leads me to my question. I am having trouble locating property tax info....I have called the Town Hall of the area and they said the one who can help will not be in till next week. Is there any kind of website or formula I can use to access this information? I would also love to talk and bounce ideas off any other investors in the Hagerstown, MD 21740 area as thats the area I wanna begin my journey. Thank you all and to who ever can help.

-Luke

Hey Luke! Welcome to BP. You should be able to find the property taxes online. Just do a search for Washington County, Maryland property tax, or parcel taxes. In my market it's extremely easy. You can even look up what the current owner owes; it's public record.

Just found this> https://payments.washco-md.net...

Remember running numbers as a rental the property taxes would more due to primary home exclusions unless it's someone's investment property already. Good luck.
