The moratorium could certainly be extended further, but there are exceptions if the tenant poses a threat to the health and safety of other tenants or an immediate and severe risk to property.

Insurance is really expensive if you're self employed.Where do real estate agents get affordable health insurance.

If you don't, this will turn into a "health issue" shortly, best to nip it in the bud before the drama explodes.
