1031 exchange question
Hello have a 1031 exchange question. Have a house i want to sell and have identified a property I want to buy. Is there a way to get the property under contract first and then sell the house for the 1031 exchange or does the house need to be sold first?
Also the house has only been owned for 10 months is there a length of time the house needs to be owned to be eligible for 1031 exchange? Thanks
