My wife and I would like to diversify our income and grow our business by exploring real estate.

In Maryland, although I have explored it less, I am looking south east of DC (Oxon Hill, Temple Hills, Capitol Heights, etc.).As you can see, my area is still pretty broad and I am looking to narrow it down before purchasing.

I would love to get some insight from others in the know.My sister lives in Sydney but is originally from the Wollongong/South Coast area so that would probably be the best place to start for her but if the numbers do not work there then she is open to exploring other markets.
