As I mentioned he had left the house without the touch ups, it would have been completely okay because in my view he didn't really do much damage to the wall (even with wear and tear) while residing there.

I would also say that I sometimes use my judgement and suggest some people should wait until the unit is done to view. 

You can understand the process from the lender view, talk to people in your network about how you are going to protect their money, what buffers you have built in place for the loan etc. 

This of course is if they are using codes from an appraisal point of view, which would make sense from public records.

Im leaving my emotions aside and strictly looking at this from a numbers point of view.

I viewed a table that said that the minimum size is 5 acres.

@Samir Shahani completely agree with your point of view, thus that is why we are interested in a solid TK investment property with a solid reputable property mgnt co.

I really suggest getting your sales agent license, very low cost of entry and provide you a view of this large landscape.Mike
