Hello Everyone! 

My name is Kimberly, and I am a new member here at BP. I discovered BP quite some time ago and have been somewhat of a "ghost" follower here in the blogs, podcasts and forums. I have recently decided to go full force with REI as a path to financial freedom. I would like to get started as a flipper, but due to low capital I think I would be better off starting as a wholesaler to build some capital. I have a system put together and will be hitting the ground very soon. If anyone is in need of a bird dogger or someone to help with their flips, I would be eager to help you call leads, market etc, just for the experience and mentorship. I am really excited about this journey and am looking forward to hearing from you all!
