I know manufactured homes can be financed but some lenders ma require that a foundation be poured, rather than it sitting on slab.  

Items of personal property, including but not limited to window coverings, appliances,manufactured homes, mobile homes, vehicles, spas, furniture, appliances, antennas, satellite dishes and garage dooropeners now or hereafter located on the Property are not included in the transaction contemplated by the Agreementor the purchase price unless the personal property is specifically described in the Agreement.

I used LR ... shown as ********  Lease Run which allows you to manage the application and credit rating electronically.

Everyone is sick of hearing this but it stands true "since covid" manufacturing standards have laxed to try and meet demand.

I went to the Georgia State Circuit Court website and of course my county is one of the only ones who isn't electronic yet.

I have family trying to purchase a Manufactured Home within a Mobile Home Park (Southern California, Pomona area) where they would be paying space rental fees. 

But he is also close to several manufacturing/ trucking companies who lease parking spaces from him.

Looking around Reno all the houses appear to be in the 300K range while anything lower is a manufactured home which I am not interested in.

I'm not sure what each state's requirements are but I do a lot of business in Michigan.You can sign and close electronically as a buyer in Michigan... no power of attorney (PoA) required.Sellers must be present or have a PoA. 

I am in Northern Florida and looking at a property to live in for the next 6 months while I wait for my new manufactured home to be built.
