New and considering my first property

Morning! I am a newbie investor. I am in Northern Florida and looking at a property to live in for the next 6 months while I wait for my new manufactured home to be built. I did my analysis and hope to put an offer in on the new property. If I was to brrrr when is the best time to refinance- at the 6 month mark? Would it be better to finance right from the start?
