What if I want to buy a rental property out of state and can't be present?

I was wondering if I could use power of attorney of property since I want to buy better cash flowing property out of state but I don't want to fly back and forth every time?

I'm not sure what each state's requirements are but I do a lot of business in Michigan.

You can sign and close electronically as a buyer in Michigan... no power of attorney (PoA) required.

Sellers must be present or have a PoA.
