Reviewing the Reno Market

Roy Gunther
Posted

I have been interested in the Reno, NV market for a house hack as I am relocating to there for work. Looking around Reno all the houses appear to be in the 300K range while anything lower is a manufactured home which I am not interested in. I was surprised to find this price pretty consistent regardless of the area. While this is technically within my budget I was hoping to start a little smaller to get my feet wet.

I was wondering if anyone had some tips to how I should go about my search? Or if anyone native to Reno knew little more about the areas I should be looking.

All help would be greatly appreciated, looking to attempt my first real estate deal!
