Who says you gotta choose?

I have one tenant who is not comfortable in what is basically her own home.

I have never tried investing in retirement communities as I always viewed it as a small buyer pool compared to traditional communities.Please tell us more about your plan and what made you choose retirement communities.Best of luck with your investments and welcome again!

If I had a better value I would be more comfortable putting an offer in to keep it.

But saying I choose to own the property in my name, how do I title (the main heading) the documents that you give to tenants, advertise the property, etc.

If you choose to have the listing agent write your offer just Remember that this does not automatically make him your Realtor.

Once i am comfortable i will start purchasing.

If you can get her comfortable with investing the extra money go for it by all means.

I do understand however when it comes to making a seller feel comfortable with you it's a very important variable as a wholesaler.

The trustee does have authority to sell if he chooses in most cases.
