I am in the US Navy and currently stationed in California.

I just moved to the Phoenix area to attend school (ASU) from North Carolina, where I was stationed for a few years.I have a beautiful wife and three boys who I'm trying to build a legacy for, I need to find a way out of the rat race and have been directed here to consume as much knowledge as possible.

I would recommend looking within a maybe at the most a mile from a light rail station and using that as part of your marketing for getting roommates.  

Will you provide a porta potty, or not (think trips back and forth to the nearest convenience store or gas station, or worst-case, they use a corner in the backyard, which leaves the wrong impression on your neighbors)? 

A walk away from many gas stations, grocery stores, 1 mile away from the hospital and walking distance from schools.

It’s a great area near Oceana Naval Air Station.

I pick up a no trespass notice at the local police station, fill it out and give it to the individual.

I am stationed in Raleigh NC but I am on a mission to grow/build my city (Wilson county) how can I find potential buyers looking to fund that area?

We started off buying a house in the UK while stationed there, mil to mil. 

The idea is to invest in other states while I am stationed in San Diego.
