Refinance and other ideas.

Good Afternoon Everyone!

Is this possible?

I am active duty military and I have used my VA FHA Loan and I know mostly how it works.

My question is if its possible, what if I convinced other people retired/active to use their VA Loan under their name and give them the money to rehab and then refinance it under my name (obviously splitting a percentage). The idea is to invest in other states while I am stationed in San Diego. I have heard about Tenant in Common or is there anything else?

Thanks in advance for the advice!
