How to build courage and take the risk!

Hello All!

My name is Yonnie! I am 22 years old and I am looking to start my quest as a real estate investor. I ideally want to start with wholesaling because of the little capital I have to my name and I can learn a lot about real estate. Long story short what will be the best way for me to start? I am stationed in Raleigh NC but I am on a mission to grow/build my city (Wilson county) how can I find potential buyers looking to fund that area? I am so eager and ready to start but honestly the fear of failing is at the side of my brain. I have been reading and watching videos constantly day in and out lol but I'm kinda stuck now on where to begin. I have contacted local real estate agents around my area but unfortunately no luck as of yet. I look forward to going to my first REIA at the end of the month.

Off topic* I am a real estate photographer and videographer will this be great in this area of business as well?

Thank you!
