I looked at the county records and it lists the owner of the property as the Secretary of Urban and Housing Development.

In today’s society there’s a growing sense of entitlement believing that the government should take care of everyone.

I have found the urban land institute real estate development handbooks to be an excellent resource.

They might even get around the political quagmire of increasing taxes by warning about a "neighbor vs neighbor" society.

Today I read a great article written by BP Member @Rich Urban on his site.

If you have a college degree from a state school and, for example, pass the 10 exams of the Casualty Actuarial Society (I know, I make it sound simple, lol) you're light years ahead of someone with the same degree from Ivy league.

However; there is also every other style of architecture here, cottage, cape cod, modern, urban, Tuscan, French, etc.

It's about the reality of our population, the needs of society and the broader scope of all people living together in a free country.

Incompetence is high and rising fast in our society.
