The laws in Mississippi do not support self help eviction so arguing "they don't say you can't do that" is skating on thin ice. 

Rewind 2 years ago I started a clothing company in 2020 while managing a skate shop. when I was working there, I realized a W-2 wasn't for me and between having been around the industry in some way, shape or form and hearing these podcasts I went out and got Licensed!

Build a wall in the shop that lets the guests go into the shop but only to the access to the outside patio.Or I could simply let the shop tenant access the bathrooms and set up rules and let the guests walk through the shop.Last I could just not rent the shop and let guests park cars or campers or even RVs in it or possibly put up pool tales, ping pong tables, roller skate, etc. in it.One other idea is maybe just do storage of boats and RVs in the shop with no other uses.What ideas or suggestions do you have?

If you look at the listing photos you'll see all those groves in the paneling which, while spackling, I learned that a paint roller probably wouldn't get enough paint into which would leave me brushing paint in there.

Spare doors, water heater, lots of extra faucets, supply lines shark bite valves for bathroom or kitchen sinks, saw blades, paint brushes, rollers, even paint.

I have had better success in painting rooms quickly with a paint stick roller and simply toss the roller when I am done instead of trying to clean it and reuse it.
