Recommendation: Paint sprayer

Looking to buy a airless paint sprayer.  Don't want to break the bank, but want to get the job done right & not replace it too often.  Initially for a 1500 sq. ft house I have (inside & outside).  After, I will paint probably 1 or 2 houses a year; same size or smaller.  Right now looking at the Wagner Control Pro 130 or 150.  Any recommendations?

+1 for cleanup. So many buckets…but for the right application it can’t be beat. I also pitch my rollers. Not worth it for a couple bucks.
