I realized the same leads I received were also given to 2-3 other agents and by the time I called the leads they were so tired of getting calls from random agents on a daily basis.

Sooo, after the trip, to remind me of my transgression, I got to remove flooring in 5-6 different places and remove 1/4"  jamb cutoffs, piles of sawdust and scraps from under the random bulges in the floor.

I’m getting random people I’ve never talked to sending me messages saying they like my comments and stuff like that.

Jacob Lemke I use spokeo but I don’t consider it a try skiptrace whereas many people use TLO but you cannot run a skip trace on some random person

If someone took gas/heat out of their name randomly in the middle of winter I'd be concerned, but not here. 

If I had not randomly looked up at the skylight, I would have only found out if it rained.Do I have any recourse to get them to fix it?

I find I'm jumping between markets, both out of curiousity and in an attempt to be exposed to the norms of many different areas.I already have four properties in Indianapolis and in the end, might simply opt to stay in that market since I know it at least marginally better than other random markets I'm researching.

Which for me is to start being active on the forums and linking up with people who can help me on the path to being financially free, so I have made it a goal to either reach out to someone, post something in the forums  or comment on a post at least once a day , so don't be surprised if you get a random message from me one day haha.

In my current system I am spending $60 to use ZERO gallons of water and have the bill in my name for 2-3 weeks (water, sewer and trash are on same bill, plus random service fees).
