What Skip Tracing Service Do You Use?

Hello BP family! My name is Jacob Lemke and I am a licensed realtor, wholesaler, and investor in the greater Seattle area. I have been using www.skipgenie.com for cold calling on potential deals, but it is way too pricey for how many calls I make. I’ve been looking for other options and considering whitepages.com or spokeo.com. If you are currently using a skip tracing service please comment which one and how your experience has been with it! Jacob Lemke I use spokeo but I don’t consider it a try skiptrace whereas many people use TLO but you cannot run a skip trace on some random person
