Hello, I am currently doing long distance flips in Pittsburgh, PA and I am from Long Island, NY.

How are people responding to (Largest Deterrent Here).As I was saying, I have an investor who is going to be making a written offer so I wanted to give you a heads up. 

Being from Long Island as well, the multifamily opportunity is scarce, and investment deals aren't the best as elsewhere in the country.

I am considering starting with Staten Island and Long Island, as they seem to have relatively lower barriers to entry in terms of pricing.

I currently live in Long Island City, Queens.

Be aware that Prescott and Prescott valley has "county islands" mixed into what look like large neighborhoods which the properties are on septic and propane. 

STRs are a double edged sword, and while I understand the concern about affordable housing, it's actually the tax dollars from the STRs that fund the affordable housing communities on our island.

     The Lehigh valley area has had enormous growth --the largest area in the US for warehousing and transportation--largest growth in Jobs from all the warehouse which makes this a great are for rentals.  

I'm an aspiring Whole Saler on Long Island, how do I know what is a good deal to present to a buyer?
