Hello Looking to break into RE

Paul Pompeo
Posted

I have 20 plus years experience in sales. I am tired of starting all over ever year without building any equity. Looking to break into the local market with Multifamily homes. In addition need to do it part time. I really only have nights and Sundays to work it. Also in this day an age I am thinking this can be done remotely buying and holding property in other states. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Paul! Welcome aboard! Yes, REI can be done remotely! I recommend reading "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing: How to Buy, Rehab, and Manage Out-of-State Rental Properties" - I found it to be very helpful when I got started investing 2.5 years ago.

Here is a summary of the book.

The book also mentions the importance of having a rockstar Realtor, contractor, lender, and property manager.

Let me know if you need assistance.
