This is a fascinating story, I feel like I have a dog in this fight (from the perspective of justice) and I will watch, learn and follow up on its developments.

  -  Homelessness...I will just quote this part as I can't do it justice   "My Department of Justice will not fund efforts to criminalize homelessness and will deny grant money to police departments who are arresting residents for living outside." 

There are three court cases involving Bridgehouse and its owner, Mario Robert at the Justice Court in Maricopa county in Arizona (case numbers CC2018-219950, CC2018-250364, CC2018-065079).Two victims, each owed over $10,000 by Bridgehouse (both posted YELP & BiggerPockets reviews) will swear that the person they met at the Bridgehouse America offices in Colorado is the same person who appears in some very negative news articles in Colorado. 

It sucks, life isn't fair, and justice is often hard to come by.

While working full time for the courts, I also obtained an AA in Digital Video Production and a BS in Criminal Justice.

If they haven't come current by the end of the 3rd day, go to justice court and file for eviction.

I don't think you're doing yourself justice by taking such a rigid stance.
