As you read and learn here I am sure your own strategy will begin to evolve.

Evolving strategy in an evolving market.  

Get a counter brush to use  when you install and run it down the side of the plank to get debris out of the locking system.If you have a Menard's in that area see if they have the Evolve plank.

In an attempt to always be evolving I have been thinking of how I can use my short sale expertise to swallow up short sale listing contracts and assign them to the agents of my choice.  

Based on what we have read, I am sure this goal and strategy will evolve over time - going full time real estate in the next 5 years is a stretch goal if everything starts going well.Happy to be here - we look forward to being a part of the BP community.

Like any part of our philosophy, it is continually changing and evolving throughout our lives.

I agree with what is said, sounds like this could be a guy who could be a mentor.I will tell you that even through the person is a mentor to start it can evolve from there. 

JohnnyI believe the hard part is developing an effective system and evolving it to make it better.

The human brain is evolved to see similarities and patterns in situations even when they are not there.  

Do what you are drawn to and evolve into new areas that interest you as you go.
