Hello fellow BP-ers
New to the site and ready to learn and work. I currently live in NJ and am planning to move to Philly next year. I've made it my goal to successfully buy and renovate a property there so as to get my first taste of real-estate investing. In the mean time I'll be soaking up as much knowledge as i can here on the forums and through the podcasts and webinars to supplement what I read.
As far as my experience with real-estate goes I got my license 3 years ago, at the tender age of 22. I ended up pursuing a career in banking so I've since let it expire. Before that all I knew about real-estate was what I had learned from my father who built houses back in (pre-recession) Michigan.

I'm here to contribute what I can to the community, network, and learn as much as possible now so I can kick *** later. Thank you very much for your time and I look forward to seeing all of you on the forums, meet-ups, and around the neighborhood.
