One elderly lady actually baked cookies for my tenants just to say thanks for being such an improvement.  

I just don't ever want to run the risk of being accused of taking advantage of an elderly person.  

The one house I learned this from with was in a good neighborhood and the two neighbors chosen were elderly and had raised their entire families there.

They were quoted $3500 if the sump pump has to be moved.Then our agent with us told us of an elderly lady in the same city who was recently forced to get permits & install a sump pump for a home on slab????

In RI the elderly and disabled I believed are required 60 days notice of a rent increase but I try to treat everyone fairly so I do it for everyone. 

I bought a property about 2 months ago from an elderly cat lady.

Im  beginning to  think its  a  reverse loan  in  which  a  lot  of  elderly people get  scammed.
