At a minimum I think it'd be worth getting a written agreement, perhaps just memorializing the TAW agreement rather than a full lease with specified tenure.You also make a valid point on the security deposits - just reading that section of the mass.gov webpage on Landlord rights and responsibilities was quite a chore to understand the various steps and requirements involved!

And that is what is needed if your going to buy a home at discount or pre foreclosure etc. and your skill set can be what you learn and then what you craft for your PERSONALITY not one size fits all.But there are certain trigger lines.. you have to learn to not sell past the close .. you have to know when to shut up.. you have to be able to lead them to the conclusion you want.. and again ASK for the order...

If memory serves me correctly, I made about $20K on that deal.

The marketplace is busy but not nearly as busy as the (free) forums, so a well-crafted ad is more likely to be seen by people looking for a specific service.
