I actually don't drink much at all really, so no worries on that beer, always glad to have some good conversation though.Speaking of which...I need to send Kevin a colleague request.

Drink more wine and trying reading about it because you'll make it at home someday.  

I was down in the Caribbean drinking beers in a little beach bar and started to talk to the guy next to me.

Again, I am really not trying to be sneaky here, but I do believe that you have to go out there, network, buy people a few drinks and get the inside news from the locals to get the REAL deals that you won't find on the MLS.

As such, we meet at a local bar/restaurant and the only cost is whatever one eats or drinks.

I asked one for drinks and at the end of it I(being a broke 21 year old) picked up the tab(mind you he drove a 2020 Blacked out Bentley LOL).

Imagine a college type party house with music, lots of people, more than likely some alcohol etc...in a neighborhood with elderly people across the street and a generally quiet neighborhood.

Unless they are exceptional and have coverage for furniture damage and guest shenanigan's including liability for alcoholic related incidents and other guests Bulls__t.Respectfully,Marcello
