Hello I'm Albert. I am new to New Braunfels,TX, about 3 months here. Originally from Houston where I started my investment journey in SFH. I currently have two rental homes there. I am currently exploring the area for duplexes, looking to house hack. Any help would be appreciated especially areas you would recommend.
