New investor in Colorado

Hi BP friends!!!

I am working on my first SFH BRRR in the town of Paonia, Colorado. For those who don't know the area, it's a gorgeous little town surrounded by farms, mountains, rivers and Vineyards.

numbers are looking good and I hope to refinance in December. once I get some cash back I will be shopping for 2 more properties on the western Slope area.

any RE agents around Delta, Grand Junction, Cedaredge, Hotchkiss, ec???

Yes happy to help, let me know how it goes! we have about 20 rentals in Delta. we have Flipped a couple in Paonia recently. Congrats.  Look on FB and CL for duplexes or farms , its pretty rural out there as you know.

My best advice is only work with an agent who has/owns rentals. If they sont own, they are not drinking what they are selling. Lots of deals up Austin/Cederdge , Delta way.  The income from the towns South helps too!
