The house in Idaho was a 3-bath 4 bedroom and the tenant destroyed every plumbing fixture, the kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer and the $32,000 cost was with my personally doing the work with one employee.So!!!

After years of relative quiet, appliance-wise, we had to replace two refrigerators and a dishwasher in three different units.Both refrigerators, different brands, from different sources, arrived faulty.The first wouldn’t cool.

Dawn Johnson, with Partners Bank in Conway, was really helpful in executing this deal.

After closing we have had an electrician here to install new outlets for a dishwasher and he tested the outlets that were supposed to be fixed per the amendment and they have not been fixed.

You aren't going to run a dishwasher etc on walk through so those kinds of things you may not pick up immediately. 

I'm thinking to remove the dishwasher to allow for more drawer/cupboard space.

From the dawn of time, it's been changing and we have been adapting.To take some point between then and now and hope we get back there is like thinking because we have had no more aircraft hit our tall buildings, that TSA will soon disband and we can again bring box cutters in out carry-on luggage!

Somehow I ran up in the dark while making up scenarios in my head about being chased by some spirit.Finally, when I managed to get out of this spooky house to even a spookier front yard it dawned on me that during my fight for life to get out, I dropped my car keys somewhere in the basement.
