Seller did not uphold amendment repairs
Hello!
We are first time investors. We recently purchased a duplex and had a few electrical issues and a few windows that didn’t latch put in our amendment before we agreed to purchase. After closing we have had an electrician here to install new outlets for a dishwasher and he tested the outlets that were supposed to be fixed per the amendment and they have not been fixed. We have been living here for 2 weeks now and to fix all of the outlets that we agreed on it’s going to cost close to $2500. Is there any way we can get the sellers to cover this cost since they agreed to fix it but never did?
Thank you!
