@Daniel JohnsonSome sellers get an appraisal in advance of putting their houses on the market, but the numbers aren't very much.If you want seller leads, call expired listings/FSBO/rent by owners/ etc.

I didn't realize they did closings.A word of warning though: we almost didn't close on a deal in Indiana last month because my lender didn't like the fact that the attorney who created our LLC (and is listed as our registered agent and place of business) was also the closing agent.
