I manage the 22 homes owned by me and my lady and I do not use software.  

That being said, I don't consider 10AM unreasonable.This lady and her family created their own problem by waking up late and she is frustrated about that.

And he's not doing anything wild, just buying the dow, or the S&P and holding.

The wild card is property management.

I know that AC is one of those costs that vary wildly depending on the contractor and how busy they are.

My daycare lady went bankrupt which she is today and I had to take a couple turns to get out so I think weirdly enough how you do in the game maybe a true reflection of the kind of investor you are in real life.

I ask because I have a potential property that I may be able to get under contract but the lady is currently in a nursing home while the house sits idle.
