It has a warm look that tenants like, and I love the low maintenance, low cost, and easy installation--which I do myself.I recently found some 18" square vinyl tiles, which I like even more than the 12", but they seem to be rare.My partner recently experimented with vinyl tile in a bathroom, laying down a clear sealer beneath the joints, then cleaning off the excess on top before it hardens.

Those investors get the warm and fuzzy of getting equity, but cash flow will be difficult because of condition of the home.

By the 3-4 call some have warmed up to a number (its imperative to capitalize on prior notes in order to increase rapport). 

  :)  I'm happy to see though that some corporations are finally warming up to the idea. 

Experts are forecasting another 100 years of cheap fossil fuels, so I'm not expecting much to change there unless technologies get drastically cheaper or there's real progress on the global warming front.

For example, the message about global warming being manmade is very clear, but that doesn't make it true.The source of a quote can be very important.

I'm thinking about having someone send me supportive e-mails for a week..just to make me feel warm and fuzzy... :)
