A big hello from Tampa, Florida!

Hello everyone! So, I'm a brand new member of BP and brand new to real estate in general.

My sister and I have been thinking about starting something for a while and are finally taking the plunge. I'm going to be doing the majority of the ground work till we can start generating enough money to help her make the jump from her current job.

Our plan initially is to flip a few houses to generate some income and then start investing in multifamily rentals.

Just a bit about me...I'm a single guy that has lived in the Tampa area all my life (7th generation Floridian). I've spent the last few years doing mostly volunteer work with the last year spent volunteering in the Philippines where I worked as an undercover operative rescuing underage girls from exploitation. I've had a big shift in my ideas about how I view wealth and have decided that I want to work as hard as I can now so that I can get to a point where I can be completely free to help people and spend time traveling with my family and friends. I am very happy living on very little so freedom as a personal goal could be easily attained, but part of my vision is to bring my family along for the ride as well so it's going to take a bit more work :)

Anyway, I'm super excited to be here and even more so about this next chapter in my life. I can't wait to start building friendships with everyone and look forward to finding ways that we can help one another build success!
