They may have leads to A/B neighborhoods yet you get a deal and they are investor friendly.

It's too general to be perfect (...besides, what's a few feet of topsoil among friends?)

I'd have to do some more research as far as what the going rates are in the area, but I've had friends in other cities see a really high ROI from AirBnB.

.- low prices- very good price-to-rent-ratios in the B class neighborhoods, and fantastic price-to-rent-ratios in the C class neighborhoods,- low property taxes- very landlord friendly laws- major city with good transportation, good infrastructure, and solid employmentNotice that appreciation is not on the above list.
