Hello forum I wanted to welcome myself. My name is Zalman Silber and I'm from Monsey, NY. Its a community located in Rockland county, NY. I'm looking froward to reading through the forums and finding out a lot about real estate. I'm brand new to the real estate scene but I figured with the way the economy is it maybe a good time to at least check it out and see what it has to offer. I had a question that maybe someone could help me with. For someone new into real estate do you recommend rentals? It seems like the easiest way for someone new to the market. Thanks!
