this is when a disregarded LLC can help since you can sell as the LLC and buy as yourself before quit claiming back to the LLC (with your lender's permission of course)

@Matt OwenHere's were your physically going to have to go down to the county court house: 1215 Truxton Ave. 1st Floor.With the decedents case number to access the file, everything pertaining to the property will be displayed: NOD, NOT, current appraisal of the property, creditor claims etc...If there is a medical claim depending how large it is, this is going to have to paid as well.
