So you say "Ok I want back in the house where I will bring one" and they say "Nope, We let you in once to perform an inspection per our contract".When your 7 days are up either you continue to perform or they want the EMD.Each area is different of course just make sure you know your contract, it is more than the knowledge.Good Luck!

Those loans are just based off performance of the rental and require 30% down usually, but those are really hard to find around here.

I mean if the inspector can inspect from the street & they have some sort of rock bottom rebuild amount they cover me for during that 30 day risk window until a more thorough inspection could be performed... maybe something like that.
