Wholesaling and Reselling a property

I would like to know how to know the right price when wholesaling a property which i have bought from another wholesaler and dont have enough finances to rehab.. would like to sell and move on to next project

If you purchased it, did you buy under market? Did you trust the unlicensed broker or did you do your own research? You cannot trust a LOT of what most unlicensed brokers represent. Remember, they are not licensed, have no insurance, and no accountability. I love reading their fairy tales about "deals". Had a couple BP members offer me a "deal" that was on CL for about 60K by the OWNER. These two hucksters offered it to me-one claiming ARV of 160K and one claiming ARV of 140K. I absolutely don't trust these guys...as my first experience with them (this offering) proved to be TOTAL BS garbage. One lie was enough.
