You HAVE to have a team, you HAVE to have systems in place, and a team and systems is what makes a business NOT running over with a plunger for every clogged toilet. 

I would keep these small - sink, toilet, 36" shower or so only.

Forget about anything else I needed to repair, such as the irrigation system a couple of times, a clogged drain on the HVAC, a toilet that needed replaced. $100 utilities is dreamland unless it's a condo with everything included, in which case you're missing HOA fees. 

Turn off all the faucets and the shut off under the toilet(s), then apply air pressure to the hose bibb and open it.
