STR Tools/Software Suggestion

Hey BP Team,

I'm at the beginning of my research into STR software. I'm wondering what tools some of you are using and what you like the most about it.

Looking for tools to do the following: Automated Messaging, Dynamic Pricing, Channel Management, PMS, Smart Lock System

Obviously would prefer them to integrate with one another as much as possible. If there are any resources you can point me towards, I'd be grateful. 

For context, I am purchasing a STR in Blue Ridge and will be managing remotely.

Automated Messaging, Dynamic Pricing, Channel Management, PMS, Smart Lock System

1-Have used iGMS but just switched to YourPorter.

2-PriceLabs. Pushes to Airbnb and VRBO.  Beyond, not good, Smart Pricing, stinks.

3-YourPorter. Syncs with Airbnb, natively, and VRBO. Can operate from a phone app, has a few glitches that subside or can be overcome on another device. Not a true “unified inbox” so I’m disappointed in that. Still in the trial period and would hate to have to switch but if I did, it would be to a trial of SmartBnb, a close contender. 

4– Stessa, self managing
5- August for years, integrates with Airbnb for automessaging upon bookings. Customer service stinks. Just bought a Kwikset smart lock for a new property without a hub at Costco, $219. Excellent price point, too soon to comment on.
