The different uses would be residential housing, a few commercial spaces and a complex that had medically specific housing ( homes with o2 in the walls, single story construction, wider doors, ect ) and one central medical office that is specifically there for the tenants in the medical housing.

i hate popup drains in the bath sinks, so i always change them to this type of drain...well, every once in awhile the water drains slower when i install the grid drain than the old popup. it's not like i moved the sink 20 ft from the stack!
