Fort Worth Texas

Hey everyone! New to BP here in Fort Worth planting my first REI seeds. Looking to buy a single family home between 90-120k, preferably 3-2-2. FHA or conventional financing, I have 20k to invest and growing. I have a real estate agent but honestly I feel he doesn't have my interests on the forefront. Wondering whether or not to try to find reputable wholesaler or broker. For my Fort Worth people reading they know exactly how white hot the FW market has been the past 6 months I've been looking. Any help comments, ANYTHING would be amazingly appreciated. My ultimate end game strategy is to buy and hold, pay off mortgages one at a time as I go, and snowball my rental income to pay off more mortgages. I'd also like advice on whether to pay off mortgages one at a time or leverage to the max, and maybe pros and cons? I've always been super interested in real estate being a good amount of my family is invested in it to begin with and I have joined bigger pockets to expand my knowledge because you can never stop learning and sharing personal experiences!
