I don't know much about Lakeland, but as @Robert Berganza said, it is placed perfectly for large appreciation since it is still considered an out of the way location price-wise for now.  

In our case, we have a few that we know for sure offer superb service, so we recommend them, but are perfectly willing to work with the lender of the client's choosing as long as we can vet them properly.
