Looking for Turn Key providers

Hello I am currently looking for credible turn key providers that offer conventional financing

@Travis Carter as Ali and Larry have pointed out, really any reputable TK provider will more than happily work with conventional lenders. In our case, we have a few that we know for sure offer superb service, so we recommend them, but are perfectly willing to work with the lender of the client's choosing as long as we can vet them properly. If you find a TK provider that isn't willing to work with traditional lenders, requires cash investment or pushes hard money lending even for inexperienced investors, then that might be a red flag.... I definitely second @Larry Fried, focus on finding the turnkey provider first. Having the right team by your side for such a long term investment is going to make a lot more difference than which bank you go with (assuming equal interest rates/terms, of course).
