You could also move into the Tampa property later on - although I would say this is a rare practice because people usually like to take advantage of the primary home loans if they are going to live in it (people usually live in, and then rent).

Unfortunately it's common practice here regardless of the situation/contractor I've found it mostly not worth the time from clients I've had to help fix similar situations especially when an LLC is involved way easier for them to file bankruptcy as soon as you file you get nothing and end up spending more
