Would anyone please introduce investor friendly realtors, PMs and potentially mentors to me?

As the itinerary comes out, I would find some of the break-out sessions that you want to attend and do some research on those speakers/presenters.

Oh and I might add I signed both of us up for a local real estate conference which has a Q/A session with realtors, investors, lawyers, accountants, etc. 

I know it’s often said take action immediately, however I feel as though a mentor or someone to shadow that has been within this industry for a bit to answer some of my questions and allow me to shadow them would provide me the most benefit.

Having a good mentor and someone who you have watched do it, helped me make the choice to actually do it.

Amazing Mentors, friends, family members, people that are giving me GOOD knowledge of this industry to set me up for Success, and I could not thank them enough! 

Get a mentor.

I have gotten a lot of mentoring there from more experienced folks. 

I’ve completed 8 deals with my mentor and 5 solo deals on my own.
