I would check out ball point marketing and true ink marketing, which are companies that provide hand written letters that are written by robots. 

Just because their hourly pay is less than the standard in my local market, that doesn't mean they deserve any less dignity. 

For Commercial RE, we use Crexi, Loopnet and Brokers that control the markets.
